wln8 Terms & Conditions

01 General Agreement

Anyone who accesses the wln8 platform is understood to be bound by this main agreement. The services on this platform — namely casino games, slots, football betting, 3D lottery, and live casino games — are operated in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) and are intended for Myanmar players only.

A player who accesses this platform declares that they acknowledge the following—

• The player has personally confirmed that they are 21 years of age or older.
• The player has personally checked and confirmed that online betting is not prohibited by law in the country or region where they reside.
• The player guarantees that all information provided is accurate and belongs to them personally.
• The player confirms that they have read and understood these terms and conditions.

wln8 reserves the right to update or amend its services at any time and for any reason. By continuing to use the services, the player is considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions.

02 Account Registration and Identity Verification

Each player is permitted to open one account only at wln8. The player must understand that this includes cases where family members or different individuals share the same computer or device.

• When registering an account, the player must provide a correct name, phone number, or email address. If the information is incorrect, wln8 may refuse to process withdrawals.
• For large deposit or withdrawal amounts, or for transactions with unclear origins, wln8 has the right to request relevant supporting documents.
• The player must understand that wln8 may verify the information provided with the relevant authorities.
• wln8 may return funds sent by a third party without accepting them, and any bonuses associated with such funds may be forfeited.

To access this platform, the player must keep their password confidential and is personally responsible for all gaming activity and financial transactions made through their account.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals at wln8—

• Minimum deposit amount: 20,000 Ks (by any method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is processed.
• Payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.

Withdrawal requests must be made to an account in the same name as the account used for the deposit. If the names do not match, wln8 may refuse the withdrawal and may decide to carry out anti-money laundering verification procedures.

While wln8 processes withdrawals as quickly as possible, the player must understand that wln8 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

04 Bonus and Promotion Terms

By claiming any bonus or promotion offered by wln8, the player is considered to have agreed to the relevant bonus terms and conditions.

Main terms for the welcome bonus—

• 100% bonus on the first deposit — up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the player must wager the bonus amount × 25 times (wagering requirement), and only the bonus funds need to be wagered.
• Example — depositing 20,000 Ks gives a 20,000 Ks bonus, making the balance 40,000 Ks. In this case, the wagering requirement is 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks.
• Depositing 1,020,000 Ks gives the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, making the balance 1,520,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.
• The bonus is available for the first deposit only and can be claimed once per account and per person.
• If the player bets with their own funds without the bonus being active, no additional bonus will be added.

If bonus abuse or betting fraud is detected, wln8 reserves the right to return the remaining balance without the bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus.

05 General Gaming Rules

The following game rules are established to ensure fair operation of all games on wln8 and to give every player a fair experience—

• All betting decisions are made by the player alone, and wln8 cannot reverse or change them. Bets that have been confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet result is incorrect due to a software technical error, wln8 may correct it and may void any winnings obtained as a result of that error.
• Players understand that if a network disconnection occurs during play, wln8 will process the result based on system records.
• Exploiting software flaws without authorisation will result in forfeiture of all winnings obtained, and wln8 may close that player's account.

06 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited by our oversight team on wln8—

• Multi-accounting (opening more than one account) — if detected, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Bonus Abuse / Arbitrage — placing bets against yourself or others with the intent of exploiting bonuses.
• Using bots, automated assistance programs, or any software tools during play.
• Using the platform for Money Laundering — if detected, wln8 may report the matter to the relevant authorities.
• Deliberately seeking out and exploiting software flaws without authorisation, or manipulating game procedures in a way that disrupts other players or wln8 staff.

If any prohibited action is detected, wln8 will void the player's winnings and bonuses and close the account.

07 Account Suspension and Closure

wln8 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account without prior notice, including in the following circumstances—

• When a breach of these terms and conditions is detected.
• When an account is found to have been opened with false information.
• When there are grounds for suspicion of illegal financial activity.
• When the player requests closure of their own account (self-exclusion).

Any funds with a legitimate verified balance that are not subject to suspension will be returned to the player's account. If you wish to close your account, contact [email protected] or reach our team via 24/7 Live Chat.

08 Privacy Protection

wln8 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption. Details of what personal data we handle, how it is stored, and who it is shared with are explained on the Privacy Policy page.

• Players' personal data will not be sold to third parties without the player's own consent.
• Personal data will only be handled for the purpose of delivering wln8's services.
• Personal data will not be disclosed except where required by law.

09 Limitation of Liability

wln8 commits to operating the platform fairly and free of software defects. Even so, wln8's liability is limited in the following situations—

• Losses arising from network disconnections, software outages, or third-party service issues.
• Losses arising from a player losing their own login credentials or from unauthorised third-party access.
• Financial losses arising from a player's own betting decisions — wln8 cannot be held responsible for choices made by the player at their own discretion.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to apply personal controls such as Responsible Gaming measures.

Because gambling involves risk and chance, every player should only bet what they can afford and must avoid chasing losses. We encourage you to read the guidelines on Responsible Gaming.

10 Changes and Reviews to Terms and Conditions

wln8 may update or amend these terms at any time, and any changes will be published on this page.

• By continuing to use the platform after changes have been made, players are considered to have accepted the updated terms.
• We encourage players to visit this terms page regularly and check for the latest updates.
• wln8's liability is limited for any dissatisfaction arising from unmet expectations or losses resulting from players not noticing changes.

If you have any questions about these terms, you can reach us at [email protected] or contact our team via 24/7 Live Chat.
